Melissa Medina Diliberti (b. 1997) is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist whose work is a reflection of her healing journey and deep reverence for nature, spirit, and story. Her pieces—ranging from sculptural mirrors to crystal-embellished canvases—serve as invitations to return to the body, honor transformation, and create beauty from what was once broken. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and a lifelong curiosity for natural materials, Melissa’s creations are both personal relics and collective symbols of embodiment. In 2024, Melissa expanded her vision beyond the canvas and into community by founding Meraki Art Institute and Meraki Spaces—two sister platforms designed to support the next generation of emerging artists. The Institute offers mentorship, business guidance, and structured curriculum for creatives ready to step into full-time careers, while Meraki Spaces is a gallery and co-working studio within the historical Dunaway Building in Pacific Beach, San Diego dedicated to creative collaboration, exhibition, and artistic entrepreneurship. Through her art and community work, Melissa continues to create from a place of intention—believing deeply that we are all vessels for something greater, and that when we answer the call to create, we not only transform ourselves, we uplift the world around us.
